We have three tiers of reporting packages and delivery of your report is generally 1-2 days from verification of address. Sometimes, addresses on properties, especially new lots, are not yet able to be verified using online address checkers, in which case entering your LOT and DP numbers in the notes field upon checkout enables us to identify the plot you're seeking information on.

Simply select the report tier you're after. If you purchase your Basic Report and find later that you want to upgrade to the Comprehensive or Educational Report, we'll send you a link with purchase information and you'll only be charged the difference.

How long do reports take to be sent?

As soon as we validate your address, you'll have your report in 1-2 business days.

What if my address isn't accepted?

Enter your billing address instead, and note the LOT and DP numbers or alternative address in the notes section of your order. We'll contact you should we have any further queries.

I'm performing due diligence on many different properties, do you offer bulk plans?

Absolutely. Get in touch via our contact form and we'll sort you out.

I purchased a Basic Report but wish I'd ordered the Comprehensive or Educational Package, can you upgrade me?

Yes! Your report link will include an upgrade link to take you straight to your desired product and only pay the difference.

What happens if you can't verify the address?

If we're unable to verify the address using street address, LOT and DP numbers, we will refund your order.
